いろどり（Bloom Nonogram）／ 制定日：2026年7月8日

要点：このアプリは、動作に必要な最小限のデータだけを扱います。広告・解析（アナリティクス）・アプリ内課金はありません。

「いろどり」（以下「本アプリ」）は、お絵かきロジック（ノノグラム）パズルゲームです。本ポリシーは、本アプリがどのようなデータをどのような目的で扱うかを、なるべく分かりやすく説明します。

1. 取得する情報

• 匿名のデバイスID（Epic Online Services のデバイスID）。初回起動時に、Epic Online Services（EOS）が、アカウント登録なしでサインインできるよう匿名のデバイスIDを作成します。これは認証のためだけに使われます。広告用IDではなく、追跡や広告には使用しません。
• 任意：Epic アカウントとの連携。「設定」画面でお客様ご自身が連携を選んだ場合のみ（複数端末での同期のため）。連携しなければ、Epic アカウントは一切関与しません。
• クラウドに同期されるゲームデータ（EOS 経由）。進行状況、ベストタイム、デイリーチャレンジのスコア、連続記録（ストリーク）、および設定したニックネームを保存し、セーブのバックアップ・復元や、デイリーランキングへの表示に使います。ニックネームはランキングで他のプレイヤーに表示されます。匿名を保ちたい場合は本名を使わないでください。これには EOS Player Data Storage（クラウドセーブ）と EOS リーダーボードを利用します。
• 端末内のセーブデータ。進行状況や設定のコピーはお客様の端末内にも保存され、端末内にとどまります。

取得しない情報：本名、メールアドレス、位置情報（GPS）、連絡先、写真、マイク、広告ID。

2. 利用目的

サインイン（認証）、セーブのバックアップ・復元（クラウドセーブ）、デイリーランキングの表示のためだけに利用します。それ以外には利用しません。データを販売することはなく、広告やプロファイリングには使用しません。

3. 第三者サービス

• Epic Online Services（Epic Games, Inc.）。認証・クラウドセーブ・ランキングは EOS が提供します。上記のデータは、当方に代わって Epic が処理・保存します。Epic によるデータの取り扱いは Epic のプライバシーポリシーに従います：https://www.epicgames.com/site/privacypolicy
• 現時点で、広告SDK・解析SDK・アプリ内課金はありません。
• 今後の変更：将来のバージョンで広告（例：Google AdMob）や解析を追加する場合は、その提供開始前に本ポリシーを更新し、変更内容を明確にお知らせします。

4. データの保持と削除

• 端末内データ：アプリのアンインストール、または端末設定でのデータ消去により、端末内のセーブは削除されます。
• クラウドデータ（EOS）：クラウドセーブおよびランキングの記録の削除をご希望の場合は、hello@mikotelier.dev までご連絡ください。削除いたします。
• Epic アカウント連携をしている方：Epic のプライバシー関連ツールを通じて、Epic に直接データに関する権利を行使することもできます。

クラウドデータは、セーブ／ランキング機能の提供に必要な期間、または削除のご依頼をいただくまで保持します。

5. 子どものプライバシー

「いろどり」は全年齢向けです。当方は、子ども（米国 COPPA では13歳未満、EU の GDPR〔いわゆる GDPR-K〕では16歳未満）の個人情報を、意図的に取得することはありません。本アプリは氏名・メール・年齢を尋ねません。お子様が個人情報を提供したと思われ、削除をご希望の場合は、hello@mikotelier.dev までご連絡ください。

6. お客様の権利

お住まいの地域により、データへのアクセス・訂正・削除、処理の制限や異議申立てなどの権利がある場合があります。

• EU／英国（GDPR）：アクセス、訂正、消去、制限、ポータビリティ、異議申立て。
• カリフォルニア（CCPA/CPRA）：知る・削除・訂正の権利。個人情報の販売や「共有」は行いません。
• 日本（個人情報保護法・APPI）：当方は「個人情報の保護に関する法律」に従って個人情報を取り扱います。保有個人データの開示・訂正・利用停止・削除などを請求できます。

これらの行使は hello@mikotelier.dev までご連絡ください。Epic アカウント連携中の方は Epic のツールもご利用いただけます。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、上部の「制定日」を改訂します。重要な変更（広告や解析の追加など）は、適用前にこのページで説明します。

Privacy Policy

In short: this app collects only the minimum data needed to run. There are no ads, no analytics, and no in-app purchases.

Bloom Nonogram (“the app”, “we”) is a nonogram puzzle game. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. We’ve kept it plain on purpose.

1. What we collect

• Anonymous device ID (Epic Online Services Device ID). When you first open the app, Epic Online Services (EOS) creates an anonymous Device ID so you can sign in without an account. It is used only for authentication. It is not an advertising identifier and is not used for tracking or ads.
• Optional: a linked Epic Account. Only if you choose to link an Epic account yourself in Settings (to sync across devices). If you never link one, no Epic account is involved.
• Game data synced to the cloud (via EOS). Your play progress, best times, daily-challenge score, streak, and the nickname you choose are stored so your save can be backed up and restored, and so scores can appear on the daily leaderboard. Your nickname is shown to other players on the leaderboard — please don’t use your real name if you’d rather stay anonymous. This uses EOS Player Data Storage (cloud save) and EOS Leaderboards.
• Local save data. A copy of your progress and settings is stored on your own device and stays there.

What we do NOT collect: your real name, email address, location/GPS, contacts, photos, microphone, or an advertising ID.

2. How we use data

Only for: signing you in (authentication), backing up and restoring your save (cloud save), and showing the daily leaderboard. Nothing else. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

3. Third-party services

• Epic Online Services (Epic Games, Inc.). Authentication, cloud save, and the leaderboard are provided by EOS. The data described above is processed and stored by Epic on our behalf. Epic’s handling of this data is governed by Epic’s privacy policy: https://www.epicgames.com/site/privacypolicy
• No advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, and no in-app purchases are present in the app at this time.
• Future changes: if a later version adds advertising (for example Google AdMob) or analytics, we will update this policy first and clearly describe what changes, before that version ships.

4. Keeping and deleting your data

• Local data: uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in your device settings, removes the local save.
• Cloud data (EOS): to have your cloud save and leaderboard entry deleted, email us at hello@mikotelier.dev and we will delete them.
• Epic Account users: if you linked an Epic account, you can also exercise your data rights directly with Epic through their privacy tools.

We keep cloud data only as long as needed to provide the save and leaderboard features, or until you ask us to delete it.

5. Children’s privacy

Bloom Nonogram is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (under 13 under COPPA in the US, or under 16 under the GDPR in the EU, “GDPR-K”). The app does not ask for a name, email, or age. If you believe a child has provided personal data and you’d like it removed, contact us at hello@mikotelier.dev and we will delete it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing:

• EU/UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): to know, delete, and correct your data. We do not sell or “share” personal information.
• Japan (APPI): we handle personal information in line with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information; you may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your data.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and revise the “Effective date” above. Significant changes (such as adding advertising or analytics) will be described here before they take effect.

Bloom Nonogram（以下稱「本 app」）是一款數織（Nonogram）解謎遊戲。本政策以盡量淺白的方式，說明本 app 會處理哪些數據以及用途。

1. 我們收集的數據

• 匿名裝置 ID（Epic Online Services 裝置 ID）。首次開啟本 app 時，Epic Online Services（EOS）會建立一個匿名裝置 ID，讓你毋須註冊帳號即可登入。此 ID 僅用於身分驗證，並非廣告識別碼，不會用於追蹤或廣告。
• 選用：連結 Epic 帳號。只有在你自行於「設定」中選擇連結時才會使用（用於跨裝置同步）。若你從未連結，就完全不涉及 Epic 帳號。
• 同步至雲端的遊戲數據（透過 EOS）。你的遊玩進度、最佳時間、每日挑戰分數、連續天數（streak）以及你設定的暱稱，會被儲存以備份／還原存檔，並用於每日排行榜的顯示。暱稱會在排行榜上向其他玩家顯示；若你希望保持匿名，請勿使用真實姓名。此功能使用 EOS Player Data Storage（雲端存檔）與 EOS 排行榜。
• 本機存檔數據。你的進度與設定副本會儲存在你自己的裝置上，並保留在裝置內。

我們不會收集：你的真實姓名、電郵地址、位置／GPS、通訊錄、相片、麥克風，或廣告 ID。

2. 數據用途

僅用於：登入（身分驗證）、備份與還原存檔（雲端存檔），以及顯示每日排行榜。除此之外別無他用。我們不會出售你的數據，也不會用於廣告或分析剖繪。

3. 第三方服務

• Epic Online Services（Epic Games, Inc.）。身分驗證、雲端存檔與排行榜由 EOS 提供。上述數據由 Epic 代我們處理及儲存。Epic 對這些數據的處理受 Epic 的隱私權政策規範：https://www.epicgames.com/site/privacypolicy
• 目前本 app 沒有廣告 SDK、沒有分析 SDK、沒有應用程式內購買。

• 已連結 Epic 帳號的使用者：你亦可透過 Epic 的隱私工具，直接向 Epic 行使你的數據權利。

我們只在提供存檔／排行榜功能所需的期間內保留雲端數據，或直至你要求刪除為止。

5. 兒童私隱

Bloom Nonogram 適合所有年齡。我們不會有意收集兒童（美國 COPPA 下為 13 歲以下，歐盟 GDPR〔即 GDPR-K〕下為 16 歲以下）的個人資料。本 app 不會索取姓名、電郵或年齡。若你認為有兒童提供了個人資料並希望移除，請電郵至 hello@mikotelier.dev，我們會刪除。

6. 你的權利

視乎你所在的地區，你可能有權存取、更正或刪除你的數據，並反對或限制某些處理：

• 歐盟／英國（GDPR）：存取、更正、刪除、限制、可攜性及反對。
• 加州（CCPA/CPRA）：知悉、刪除及更正的權利。我們不會出售或「分享」個人資料。
• 日本（個人情報保護法／APPI）：我們依《個人情報保護法》處理個人資料；你可要求披露、更正或刪除你的數據。
